Summary
The job plan will be subject to annual review, with any revisions sought by mutual agreement but it is expected that the successful candidate will work with the CMG Management team to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and reflect best practice with processes and governance to match this may require new and flexible ways of working in the future.This post consists of a core job plan with 10 PA post of which there will be 1.5 core SPA allocatedThe rota will follow an 18 week cycle and will comprise, per cycle:8 nights (resident) 5 non resident nights5 resident long days (9am to 10pm)2 weekend days (24 hours)3 service weeks (ITU, HDU/SC at LRI, SCU at LGH)This equates to 8 DCC (direct clinical care) per week. on call nights, evening and weekend cover will be associated with compensatory time off.
