Summary

The Role

Working on a New Build housing site in Market Harborough you will be required to oversee and manage the Finishing/Snagging works on site to ensure the properties are ready for hand over back to the Client.

Reporting to the Site Manager, as the Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for:

Entering domestic properties to inspect the works and check for snagging works to be completed
Assigning snagging works required to respective trades on site
Checking the quality of Finishing & Snagging works
First Line of command for all trades and labour on site
Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are being followed
Ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget
Feeding back progress reports to the Management team
Helping to complete any snagging works required
Sign off completed properties with the Site Manager

Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally come from a Trades background as you may be expected to jump on the tools if required.
You must have a proven minimum of 2 years' experience of working at Finishing Foreman level
You must have a SSSTS & CSCS Card.
