Summary
Are you a qualified HGV Class 2 driver looking for stable weekday work with early starts and regular hours? We're currently hiring drivers to operate rear steer refuse vehicles for local waste and recycling collection routes in the area.
This role invovles driving a set route across residential locations, working with a team to collect bins and recycling boxes. You'll be part of a reliable and supportive crew, playing an important role in keeping the local community clean. A positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork are key. Drivers with previous rear steer experience will be at an advantage, though it's not essential.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of HGV Class 2 driving experience
- Full UK driving licence with Cat C entitlement
- Digi taco
-CPC Card
- No more than 6 points on your licence
You must be able to provide full references for at least 2 years.
Immediate start available following site induction and driving assessment. This position is ongoing with long-term work available weekly.
This position is from Tuesday to Friday, starting at 05:45 and finish time depends on your route.
Pay rate for this job is £14.67 per hour.
You wi accrue up to 28 days holidays per year pro rata.
We do not provide visa sponsorships.
