Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs? Long Term Futures is partnering with a specialist SEN college in the CV4 area of Coventry to bring on a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a further education setting that supports students aged 16-25 with a range of needs, including autism, sensory impairments, physical disabilities, and learning difficulties.

Your role will include:

Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis in and outside of the classroom

Assisting learners with accessing curriculum content, vocational training, and life skills
