We'll support you every step of the way with free training, online courses, and experience days, so you can step into the classroom with confidence and enthusiasm.
Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- Provide tailored academic and emotional support to students
- Build positive, trusting relationships and act as a role model
- Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment
- Deliver 1:1 or small group interventions to help students overcome barriers and thrive
We're Looking For:
- Graduates or aspiring teachers eager to gain hands-on experience in schools
- Positive, empathetic individuals who balance compassion with confidence
- Resilient team players who are ready to make a genuine difference in young people's lives
