Are you a Qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for a part-time position? Perhaps are an ECT looking for experience to boost confidence in the classroom?
Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated HLTA to fulfil a part-time, permanent position within a local primary school in Winchester.
The school are looking for someone who:
- Holds (or is working towards) HLTA status or equivalent experience
- Has strong literacy and numeracy skills (minimum GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths).
- Has experience leading whole class learning under the direction of a teacher.
- Is highly organised, flexible and resilient.
- Builds positive relationships with children, staff and families.
- Is confident in covering teacher absence when necessary
- Skills to work with pupils to accelerate specific learning and emotional needs
- Shares the school's Christian values and vision to help every child flourish
