Summary
Dreams in Oldbury are recruiting for an Apprentice Mattress Manufacturing Operative. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Furniture Manufacturer apprenticeship over the duration of 24 months.
As a Mattress Manufacturing Operative Apprentice at Dreams Ltd, you will learn how to produce high-quality mattresses to industry standards.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in:
• A fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Developing skills in assembly, quality control, materials handling
• The safe operation of machinery
Working alongside experienced team members, you’ll follow structured training as part of an apprenticeship programme designed to support your growth into a skilled operative.

Monday - Friday 6.00am - 3.00pm / 1 hour unpaid lunch / 40 hours per week
