Salary: Up to £20 per hour + Overtime

Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 16:00
  • Friday: 07:00 - 12:00
  • Optional overtime on Saturdays

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced CNC Miller - Programmer to join a well-established precision engineering company supplying into sectors such as automotive, defence, food & beverage, and power generation.

This is a hands-on role working with bespoke, low-volume components on a wide range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel, and plastics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programming CNC milling machines using Siemens controls
  • Producing small batch, made-to-order parts (1s, 2s, 3s)
  • Programming both online at the machine and offline using Fusion 360
  • Working from engineering drawings to tight tolerances

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

  • Strong CNC milling experience
  • Confident programming with Siemens controls
  • Able to read and work from technical drawings

Desirable:

  • Experience using Fusion 360 for offline programming

Pay & Benefits:

  • Up to £20 per hour depending on experience
  • Regular overtime (10 hours/week average):
  • Weekdays: Time + 1/3
  • Saturday: Time + ½
  • Sunday: Double time
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
