Crynodeb

e’re opening a brand-new nursery in Hilton this September — and we’re looking for kind, enthusiastic and committed Nursery Practitioners to join our founding team.

Whether you’re an experienced Level 3 or a strong Level 2 ready to grow, this is a fantastic opportunity to help shape our setting, support young children in their learning journey, and thrive in a warm and welcoming team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Creating a safe, fun and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5
Supporting daily routines including meals, hygiene and nap times with care
Planning engaging, child-led activities that support development and confidence
Building positive relationships with children, families and your team
Carrying out observations and tracking children’s progress using the EYFS
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care
Supporting the transition into the nursery for our new families
What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 qualification in childcare (or Level 2 with experience and ambition to progress)
A good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for early childhood education
A reliable, reflective team player who’s committed to making a difference
Someone who brings warmth, creativity and calm to their daily practice
Why Join Lots for Tots?

Shape a new setting: Help build our routines, values and atmosphere from day one
Supportive leadership: A Nursery Manager and Director who truly value their team
Flexible working options: Full-time and part-time roles available
Opportunities to progress: We grow our team as we grow our setting
Friendly, inclusive culture: We celebrate effort and support one another
Staff Benefits:

28 days holiday (including bank holidays and Christmas closure)
Paid day off for your birthday
Employee of the Month and Outstanding Achievement Awards
Mental health and wellbeing support available for all staff
Travel incentive scheme: Monthly voucher for car sharing or eco-friendly transport
Regular team-building days and nursery events
Referral bonuses for introducing new families or staff
Ongoing CPD and personal development support
If you’re ready to start something new, feel valued at work and make a real difference in children’s lives — we’d love to hear from you.
