Summary

Mon – Fri 8.05am to 3.05pm
Term Time only + 5 INSET days

We are looking for an administrator to ensure the effective operation of systems and procedures within the Blessed Mary Ward Autism Resource.


The successful candidate will

• Establish effective working relationships with students, parents and colleagues
• Work well under pressure and prioritise effectively
• Be passionate, flexible and proactive in the role
• Support practices to promote positive pupil behaviour
• Ensure compliance with statutory Health and Safety requirements

Duties include:
• Preparation of paperwork for Annual Reviews
• Taking and distributing minutes for Annual Reviews and other key meetings
• Supporting the Head of Autism Resource with administration tasks
• Maintaining filing systems and ensuring the effective storage of resources
• Liaising with the LSA Assistant Manager regarding TA timetables and deployment
• Ensuring the timely ordering of resources required across the BMW Centre
