Summary
Senior Library Administrator
Fixed term (9 months), Full-time (35 hours per week)
Salary Scale: £29,276 per annum pro rata
We are: looking for a Senior Library Administrator to lead a team of Library Assistants at the Conservatoire’s Whittaker Library.
You will: be required to ensure the provision of an effective and efficient Library Ser-vice to all library users, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will lead and support a team, demonstrate excellent communication skills, organisational capacity and the interpersonal skills to work within a small team in a busy performing arts environment.
You must have: experience of working in a library environment and be able to demonstrate staff management experience, either in a library or customer service setting.
The successful candidate will have the ability to support a team and the smooth running of all aspects of the library function. We are looking for someone with leadership qualities to inspire a team and deliver consistently excellent customer services and continuous improvements in Library operations.
