Summary

Compliance Administrator
Location: Hybrid - Milton Keynes Office (Tues-Thurs) | Home-based (Mon & Fri)

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with compliance documentation and regulatory processes? We're looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our team and support the successful launch of new products by ensuring all regulatory documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a regulated industry, who has worked with compliance documentation and understands the importance of following strict processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the preparation and submission of regulatory documentation, including type approvals, certificates of production, and insurance ratings.
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Assisting with responses to regulatory information requests.
  • Uploading and managing documentation on internal and external compliance portals.
  • Supporting internal projects such as battery waste compliance and ISO process integration.
  • Preparing internal reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Providing general administrative support including diary management and meeting coordination.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role within a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance documentation and regulatory submissions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise with internal teams and external bodies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
