Summary

Innoviz is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, technical expertise, and effective communication to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing risk assessments for both clients and matters; Raising SAR and Cifas, Completing EDD and CDD
• Identifying high risk clients and escalating any issues to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer in the relevant office(s);
• Assisting with continually updating policies and procedures relating to new client/matter opening, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, and other compliance topics.
• Handle and resolve customer and FOS-escalated complaints in accordance with company policies, procedural manuals, and FCA guidelines.
• Contribute to root cause analysis of complaints and assist with required reporting.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient and effective complaint handling processes.
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely and accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of complaints.


Data Collection and Cleaning
• Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and external platforms.
• Clean, validate, and organize datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Data Analysis and Reporting
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.

Statistical and Predictive Modeling
• Apply statistical methods to forecast trends and measure performance.
• Use machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques where applicable.

Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with stakeholders to define data requirements and goals.
• Present findings and insights to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.

Tool and Technology Utilization
• Use SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for data manipulation and analysis.
• Leverage cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for data storage and processing (if applicable).

Quality Assurance and Optimization
• Monitor data quality and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Optimize data workflows and processes for efficiency.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
• Familiarity with databases, scripting languages, or system integration techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and map business processes.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or CRM.
• Experience with SQL or other database management systems.
• Understanding of cloud-based ERP platforms and their architecture.
• Exposure to Agile or Waterfall development methodologies.
