The Youth Justice and Early Support Service works with children, young people and their families who are at risk of, or involved in offending behaviour by offering services through prevention, diversion and statutory Court Order. An integral part of the team, the Performance Assistant and Business support roles supports team members to deliver high quality Youth Justice Services.

About the role:
Pay Details: Grade 3, SCP 4, £24,404, £12.65ph
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 20 Hours, Monday - Friday (To be agreed)
Main Place of Work: 91 Salisbury Road, Barry, CF62 6PD
Temporary Reason: Covering Maternity Leave (Temporary up to 12 months)

Description: The role of Business support is to provide all aspects of administrative support, input data, and take minutes at multi agency meetings.


About you / You will need:
• Good organisation skills
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Office applications such as word and excel
• Self-motivated and able to use your initiative
• Ability to input data accurately
• The ability to prioritise tasks appropriately
• The ability to work to deadlines
• DBS Check: Enhanced & Barred Both
