Summary
Job Vacancy: Assembly Operative – (Immediate Start!)
We are urgently looking for experienced Assembly Operatives to support an immediate influx of work at our client’s busy manufacturing facility.
Location: Stourbridge
️ Duration: Minimum 8 weeks with the potential to extend into a longer-term role
Pay: £12.21 per hour plus holiday pay and benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble sub-units and components in a specialist manufacturing facility
Use of air, hand, and power tools to complete builds
Conduct quality checks to ensure standards are met
Potential assistance required with packing and warehousing tasks as needed
Requirements:
✅ Experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
✅ Confident using hand and powered tools
✅ Reliable, punctual, and able to follow technical instructions
✅ Ready to start immediately
