Job Description
The MAC Coordinator plays a critical role in the professional and proactive delivery of the UK Moves & Changes function, supporting dynamic workplace operations across all office locations within a fast-paced, international environment.
This role offers a wide scope of responsibilities, ensuring that space planning procedures are followed meticulously, particularly around floor plans and the effective use of the Manhattan desk booking system, while also contributing to small project works and CAD requests throughout the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all UK office moves and change requests, including out-of-hours planning
Coordinate with Workplace and Portering teams to deliver seamless relocations
Oversee minor works projects up to £50k, including quoting, POs, and subcontractor supervision
Maintain accurate occupancy records using the Manhattan system and update floor plans in CAD
Support facilities projects across the UK and international sites, including test fits and space planning
Act as the point of contact for occupancy and MAC activities, ensuring stakeholder alignment
Report on occupancy, moves progress, and project updates while ensuring KPI compliance
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Proven experience managing office moves and changes in a fast-paced, corporate FM or Workplace environment
Self-motivated, outcome-focused professional with a proactive approach
Strong service mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and delegate effectively
Detail-oriented, numerate, accurate and confident working independently or within a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skilled at prioritising under pressure and meeting tight deadlines with a flexible, positive attitude
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
