Summary
Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive - Norwich/Hybrid Working (up to 2 days a week remote working.
A Solicitors practice with a first rate reputation throughout East Anglia are looking at recruiting an additional Litigation specialist to their team.
The disputes team at this firm deal with a broad range of both civil and commercial litigation matters including matters such as:-
- Breach of contract
- Shareholder and Partnership disputes
- Professional Negligence
- IP Disputes
- Defamation
- Landlord and Tenant disputes
- Contentious Probate matters.
The above list provides an overview of the range of work coming into the department. Experience in some of the above areas will obviously need to be demonstrated but work can be tailored accordingly according to an individuals expertise and experience.
The successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate the following:-
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with upwards of 3 years PQE within the area of dispute resolution
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Superb drafting skills in relation to employment related documents
- Experience of working to deadlines within a busy team
The successful candidate for this position can expect to earn a good salary, which will be based on experience along with a comprehensive benefits package including an annual leave policy which increases with years of service up to 27 days +bank, discounted gym memberships, pension schemes and much more.
