Summary
Priory - Bury St Edmunds
38.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year - Permanent
Monday - Friday, subject to day split shift hours will fall between 08:00 - 22:15 and include sleep ins on Mondays and Wednesdays
Salary: £26,409 - £28,624 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience) plus additional allowance for sleep ins
Actual Salary: £23,326 - £25,283 per annum
Additional £1,500 joining bonus*

Join us as a Residential Activities and Child Care Officer (RACCO) to support the wellbeing, development, and care of children with moderate learning difficulties within our residential provision.
As a RACCO, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where students can thrive. You will assist in the delivery of a supportive residential curriculum designed to promote self-respect, confidence, independence, and social integration.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is desirable, not essential but you will be required to work towards this upon successful completion of induction and probation.
