Salary: £11,934 per annum


Hours: 18 hours per week, typically covering 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Flexibility is required, with
additional hours or adjustments as needed to meet business demands.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Bognor Regis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels in a
fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. In this role, you'll be responsible for
managing office communications, handling incoming phone calls, and organising diaries and appointments. You'll also assist with
filing and storing information in line with GDPR guidelines, as well as supporting the claims team by managing new vehicle
bookings during busy periods. You will work efficiently in a modern fast-paced clean environment, collaborating as a team player
and consistently meeting tight deadlines.

This role will include, but is not limited to:

* Delivering high quality customer service
* Managing and routing office communications, letters and documents
* Gathering/filing and storing information as required and within GDPR guidelines
* Organising diaries, meetings, and appointments
* Handle visiting customers and incoming phone calls
* Supporting the claims team by making new vehicle bookings during peak periods
