Summary

FM Conway is recruiting for a Supervisor to join our Water and Drainage Management team. As our Supervisor, you will oversee the operational activities of our Cleansing teams, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards. You will regularly undertake site inspections and monitoring team performance to maintain quality and efficiency across all operations. This is a full-time, permanent position, working from our Sleaford depot.

The duties of the Supervisor role will include:

- Supervising the team’s performance, ensuring standards of work and targets are met

- Monitoring works for invoicing purposes, completing and submitting all supporting documentation

- Ensuring all team communications are carried out and are understood

- Managing any immediate performance issues, referring any that require escalation to another member of the management team

- Maintaining and building excellent client relationships

- Liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure the site works are coordinated and projects are delivered to programme

What skills and experience do you need?

We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of drainage gully cleaning and jetting. You will have experience in coordinating transport operations and a good understanding of health and safety legislation. It is essential that you have a CSCS card, full UK driving licence, health and safety qualification, SSSTS and a high-pressure water jetting certification.
