Hourly Rate: £12.60 to £12.80 per hour
Full Time: 40.25 hours per week
Brand New Home – Opening September 2025

The Role:
As a Support Worker within our Bridgend four-bed residential service for adults opening September 2025, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred support to adults with complex autism-related needs, empowering them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

What a day looks like as a Support Worker with Orbis:

- Supporting individuals with autism in their day-to-day lives
- Assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, and mealtime routines
- Following tailored care plans designed around each person’s strengths and aspirations
- Promoting wellbeing, confidence, and independence
- Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and your team
- Keeping clear, accurate records of care and progress

We’re Looking for People Who Are:

- Genuinely caring, compassionate, and enthusiastic
- Resilient, patient, and able to adapt to varied needs and routines
- Great communicators with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Eager to learn and grow professionally
- Comfortable using basic IT systems for documentation
- Flexible with shift patterns, typically days & nights 8-8.30, 40.25hr contracts
- A driving licence is a bonus but not essential

Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
