Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Bexhill Academy is looking for a dynamic and inspiring Lead Practitioner of Science, to drive the teaching and learning across the Science Department. This is an exciting time to be part of the Bexhill Academy team, with its clear direction, and superb support from Governors driving forward focussed improvements.

Alongside your leadership potential, you must have excellent subject knowledge and evidence of impactful teaching practice. This post would suit an experienced teacher with an excellent understanding of both the curriculum and teaching and learning.
