Essential

• Qualified to teach and work in the UK
• Degree status
• Has experience of raising attainment in a differentiated classroom environment
• Is motivated to continually improve standards and achieve excellence
• Is enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated and determined
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Works effectively alone and as part of a team
• Has a commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils and providing equality of opportunity

Desirable

• Experience in Key Stage 1 would be beneficial
