What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to recruit a highly skilled and committed tutor to work with identified student and small groups of learners to help them achieve their targets within the Maths curriculum.
What the school offers its staff

Consequently, academic requests have improved significantly since the school re-opened in 2016 (a Progress 8 score of 0.05 in 2024 us our best so far) and the last OFSTED inspection (2024) graded the school as Good in every category.
Park Vale Academy is part of Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region. The Trust also leads the regional Teaching School Hub, delivering local teacher training and the National Professional Qualifications for teachers.
