Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and creative teacher to join our enthusiastic and committed team. Practitioners with a good working knowledge and understanding of KS2 are welcome to apply. ECTs are also welcome to apply. This is a one-year fixed-term post in the first instance, with the possibility of a permanent position depending on funding and future staffing structure. The successful candidate will be working in KS2, and will be supported by a strong team of colleagues who are committed to providing high-quality education for all pupils.
We are looking for someone who has:
A track record of high standards in teaching, learning and behaviour management in KS2
The ability to use modern, dynamic teaching methods to give every child the opportunity to achieve their full potential
The ability to reflect and seek to improve their practice by engaging with CPD and professional feedback
Good organisation and communication skills enabling them to work effectively as part of a team
The ability to work flexibly and adapt to changes
A positive outlook and is solution focused
The ability to engage with parents and develop positive relationships with pupils and staff
