Summary
Title: Technical Support Specialist / Sales And Customer Relations Coordinator Our client based in Blakelands, Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Service Support Administrator. Working Monday - Friday.
The role will include:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Follow "scripts" when handling topics Identify clients needs and research issues and provide solutions Provide a high level of support to customers via email and telephone. Arrange customer collection and return of service products. Respond promptly to all calls and emails coming in Achievement of daily and weekly KPI call and email targets. Action repair requests Assist with the admin of any daily/ weekly / monthly reports.
