This is more than a caretaker role, you will be an ambassador for the college by meeting and greeting our visitors, as well as our students and colleagues who require assistance. This is a varied role and encompasses many of the day to day tasks that keep our campus an inspiring place to learn, whether that be through general maintenance or providing a reassuring presence around the site.
The hours of the role are typically between Monday and Friday, however start and end times are on a rota basis (earliest start 07.00 to latest finish 21.00). There is the potential for over-time and some weekend working when events are being held on campus.
We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Property Services team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
