Contract: Permanent
Hours: 32.5 per week (Monday to Friday), term time only to include INSET days
Application Closing Date: 04/07/2025 Interview date: 15/07/2025The Role:Under the general direction of the School Business Manager, you will join our experienced admin team in this important public facing role. The post holder will act as the first point of contact for parents and other school visitors or telephone calls, dealing directly with queries or identifying appropriate person to refer to. You will also be communicating directly with our wonderful children.The post holder will be the main provider of administrative services to support the effective management and operation of the school, including maintaining and developing effective and efficient administrative systems.​The successful candidate will:
Excellent knowledge and experience of using Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, and Publisher.The confidence to learn the skills required to use a variety of online platforms such as Arbor.Evidence of utilising excellent organisation skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent literacy skills and the ability to type at pace.
Excellent telephone manner and the ability to greet visitors with a warm welcome, even when under pressure.Ability to work under pressure remaining calm and have a good sense of humour.Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
