Summary
The applicant will be familiar with NICE guidance and relevant research in relation to neurodevelopmental assessments. The use of the ADOS assessment is used in the assessment of Autism and the ability to complete assessment reports is expected. The QB test is used as part of the ADHD assessment process and both assessments require the ability to take a detailed developmental history. Care and treatment planning is expected for every young person being assessed. It is also expected that full risk assessments will be completed. Patient outcome measures are used to ensure that we continue to provide high quality care to all young people in the service. The ability to complete and maintain accurate and detailed records alongside the ability to both work as part of the wider multidisciplinary team and to use own initiative. You will contribute to team development and be able to provide supervision to others in the team.
