Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting students in KS3 and KS4 Maths lessons
• Providing 1:1 and small group academic support
• Assisting with lesson planning, classroom resources, and behaviour management
• Helping pupils develop problem-solving and numerical reasoning skills
• Promoting a positive and engaging learning environment for Maths
• Supporting GCSE Maths preparation and exam readiness
• Working collaboratively with staff to implement tailored learning strategies
Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
• A 2:1 degree or above in Mathematics or a closely related subject
• Strong academic background and a genuine enthusiasm for Maths education
• Experience working with young people is desirable
• Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• A passion for helping students reach their potential
• Keen interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education
