About the Role:
BCS Connect are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client based in Aldridge for an experienced Machine Operator with a strong background in plastic injection moulding. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate plastic injection moulding machines in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor machinery during the production process to ensure consistent output and quality
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of machines
- Handle mould changes and set-up under supervision (if applicable)
- Conduct quality checks on finished products and report defects
- Adhere to health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating plastic injection moulding machines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player
Working Hours:
Full-time hours (specific shift patterns will be discussed during interview)
