We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected national player in the construction and engineering sector. They’re growing—and with that growth comes a brilliant opportunity for a confident, hands-on HR Advisor to join the team.
This isn’t your typical desk-bound HR job. You'll be out and about, visiting sites across the UK (travel fully expensed or a company vehicle provided), getting to know teams, and acting as a vital link between the people on the ground and the HR function at HQ.
What You’ll Be Doing:-
Acting as the go-to HR contact for employees and managers across various UK sites.

Championing employee engagement and culture initiatives.

Supporting and advising managers on everyday HR issues—think ER, absence, performance, and wellbeing.

Leading or contributing to exciting people projects, including:

Employee Engagement Programme – driving feedback, connection, and positive change.

Management Academy – shaping and launching a development programme for site leaders.

Company Values Rollout – embedding new values across all locations.
Who You Are:-
An experienced HR Advisor or People Partner with a strong generalist background.

A natural relationship-builder – confident talking to everyone from groundworkers to directors.

You’ve worked in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or similar fast-paced, operational environments.

Comfortable travelling UK-wide, getting into PPE, and visiting muddy, real-world sites.

Passionate about creating a workplace where people feel heard, valued, and supported.
