Summary
Taskmaster is recruiting for a Temporary MIG Welder on behalf of our client based in the Upton / South Elmsall area. This is a hands-on welding role within a busy manufacturing environment, ideal for someone experienced in MIG welding and looking for stable work through the summer.
Location: Upton / South Elmsall Area
Pay: £15 per hour
Contract: Temporary (until August/September, with potential for review)
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am – 3:15 pm
Friday: 7:00 am – 1:30 pm
Optional Overtime: Saturday 6:00 am – 12:00 pm
Main Duties:
Carry out MIG welding on steel components to a high standard
Read and interpret technical drawings
Ensure all work meets health and safety, and quality standards
Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
Candidate Requirements:
Proven MIG welding experience
Ability to read and understand drawings
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Good attention to detail and quality finish
