Stirling and Clackmannanshire Health and Social Care Partnership are looking to recruit a highly motivated Social Care Officer to a busy and supportive integrated learning disability team in Stirling City Centre. We welcome applications from individuals who are looking to make a positive difference to the lives of the people in our area accessing services. This post covers both urban and rural Stirling areas.
The post holder will work as part of a team to undertake outcome focussed assessments and reviews while ensuring and supporting the delivery of services to those who need them most. They should have excellent communication skills and strong person centred assessment and practice skills.

The essential criteria for this post is - Educated to SCQF Level 7/SVQ3 / HNC level in an appropriate discipline, or equivalent knowledge.
