Job Description
The main roles of the Principal Planner are to take responsibility, as directed by the Planning and Building Standards Team Leader for:
processing and administering planning applications to
lead on the negotiations of developer contributions;
to oversee the effective monitoring of developments and
deal with consequential enforcement action
contribute to service work on Local Development Planning and Placemaking
