Summary
Join Base71’s Youth Zone and lead an inclusive arts programme for young people aged 8–19 (up to 25 with additional needs). As Youth Work Coordinator – Art and Inclusion, you’ll design and deliver vibrant activities across art, music, media, and performance, empowering self-expression and personal growth.
You’ll manage a team, collaborate on events, and champion youth voice in all programming. With experience in arts-based youth work, inclusion, and safeguarding, you’ll create a welcoming space that celebrates creativity and belonging. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential. Help shape Barnsley’s bold new creative space for youth.
