Summary
Opening in 2026, Base71 is a £10 million OnSide Youth Zone in Barnsley, offering life-changing opportunities for young people. We’re seeking a dynamic Volunteer and Training Co-ordinator to lead volunteer recruitment, development, and engagement, while managing training across staff and volunteers. You'll design strategies, support and coordinate training, coordinate appraisals, and promote Base71 locally.
