Summary

We're looking for a Bid Co Ordinator to join our Kier Places team based in Sheffield.



Location: SheffieldHours: 40 hours per week We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.



What will you be responsible for?As a Bid Co Ordinator, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in managing the flow of information during the pre-tender and tender process.

Your day to day will include:

-Managing the flow of pre-tender and tender stage information for all bids

-Working closely with bid teams to ensure information flows efficiently

-Coordinating internal and external communication and liaising with IT regarding system maintenance

-Maintaining records of tender queries and client responses

-Supporting the Bid Team with ad hoc or project-based administration



What are we looking for?This role of Bid Co Ordinator is great for you if:

-You have previous administrative experience (bidding process preferred)

-You are IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe programs such as InDesign

-You possess strong communication, organisational, and time management skills

-You can work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks

-You are enthusiastic, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
