Your Role

You’ll take the lead in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, while nurturing long-term relationships within the construction, manufacturing, and design sectors. This role offers the chance to work across premium projects and contribute directly to business expansion and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy
Build relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and high-net-worth individuals
Own the lead generation process, including referral building and direct outreach
Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to close
Collaborate with internal design and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
Provide market insights to help shape future growth strategies
About You

We’re looking for a confident, proactive individual with a proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within the manufacturing, construction, or design sectors.
