We are seeking an experienced Head of Workplace to lead the delivery of facility management services across a prestigious banking client’s portfolio.

This is a high-impact role with significant scope, not only will you oversee the day-to-day operational execution of both Hard and Soft FM services across high-end office environments, but you’ll also play a pivotal role in the mobilisation and expansion of services throughout the region.

As Head of Workplace, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters, building strong in-country client relationships, and driving service excellence across a complex, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and present service rollout proposals to stakeholders across the client business
Influence and engage in-country teams to gain buy-in for new services
Lead mobilisation of services with local partners
Create and implement audit frameworks to maintain service standards
Prepare and present monthly client reporting packs
Conduct site visits, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and manage performance improvements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, landlords, and suppliers to deliver efficient service

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Proven experience leading leaders and managing facilities across multiple sites
Strong line management and stakeholder engagement skills in complex organisations
Experienced in budgeting, financial reporting, and performance management
Skilled in SLA/KPI tracking and driving service excellence
Resilient, solutions-focused, and action-oriented
Strong influencing, negotiation, and networking abilities
Customer-focused with solid MS PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
