As part of the eligibility criteria for this role, we require candidates to have completed the relevant National Autistic Society (NAS) training modules.

If you have not yet completed these modules, don't worry - we are happy to support you in obtaining them. You will be provided with direct access to the required training materials. The training costs approximately £180 (One time Payment), and successful completion is necessary prior to commencing the role.

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from the National Autistic Society, which can serve as a valuable addition to your professional profile. This certification is widely recognised and can strengthen your CV when applying for roles that support individuals with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse conditions.

Introduction

Randstad Student Support seeks a highly motivated Specialist Mentor ASC to provide individualized academic support to students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLDs) and Autism. Responsibility

What will you be responsible for:

Developing and implementing personalized learning plans; guiding students in effective study techniques and time management; assessing student progress and adapting plans accordingly; collaborating with university staff and utilizing online teaching tools.

Specifically the activities will be:

Individualized lesson planning, progress tracking, collaboration with university personnel, and leveraging online resources to maximize student success.
