Summary
We’re looking for an experienced HR and Health and Safety Officer to join a dynamic team at a well-known men’s clothing brand based in Derby.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage disciplinary processes, grievances, and workplace investigations
• Draft and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation
• Advise management on employment law and HR best practices
• Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment

Applicants must hold the following to be considered:
• CIPD Level 5 or higher qualification (or equivalent) in HR
• NEBOSH or equivalent qualification in Health and Safety
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in HR with a strong Health and Safety background
• Solid knowledge of employment law, disciplinary procedures, and risk assessment processes
• Strong communication and organisational skills
This is a Permanent position.
This Role is full time working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30
This role is offering a salary between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
