Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
• Recognized Swimming Teacher qualification (e.g. Swim England Level 2)
• Experience teaching children and/or adults in a pool environment
• Current and valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable and flexible availability to cover short-notice bookings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Poolside safety awareness and basic first aid knowledge
