ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator with a background in packaging, printing, or B2B sales support. This is a busy and varied role – you’ll support the sales team, manage day-to-day client communication, and help ensure smooth order handling and follow-up.
KEY RESPONSIBILIES:
Coordinate orders, quotations, and lead follow-ups
Speak directly with customers about packaging needs
Liaise with suppliers and production teams
Maintain sales records, calendars, and pipelines
Support with occasional sample pack arrangements and product briefings
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum 2 years in packaging, print, or B2B sales
Experience dealing with multiple clients and product types
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident with emails, phone, and CRM systems
A proactive, self-organised, and dependable team player
SALARY & BENEFITS:
£14–£18 per hour depending on experience
Approx. £15,000–£22,500 per year (part-time, pro rata)
Flexible part-time hours to start
