Summary

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Learning Disabilities team.

This role requires a Social Work qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team works to support adults over the age of 18 with learning disabilities and autism to promote personalised independence. The day-to-day responsibilities include completing and reviewing care act assessments and carrying out Mental Capacity Act assessments. The team target the 'longest waits' from the waiting list for annual reviews, unscheduled reviews and first care act assessments.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years experience is essential to be considered for this role. Experience of working within a learning disabilities team and knowledge of liquid logic is vital for this position. A valid UK driving license is required for this role.
