What We’re Looking For:
• Experience:Proven expertise in orthopaedics, neurology, amputees, and frailty, with experience in either acute or community settings.
• Communication:Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with teams across SCFT Intermediate Care Units.
• Leadership:Demonstrate leadership abilities and support the professional development of team members.
• Problem-Solving:Flexible approach to problem-solving and goal setting to ensure effective patient outcomes.
• Team Player:Collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
