Job description
6.5 hours per week

Required to commence from September 2025

The Governors of Coety Primary School are seeking to appoint a well organised, motivated, and highly effective teacher, with excellent classroom management skills, to join our friendly, innovative and professional team. We are looking for an outstanding practitioner with a passion for providing inspirational learning experiences. The candidate will need to enjoy working as part of a team and be able to teach throughout the primary phase.

The successful candidate will need to be:

An excellent classroom practitioner

Flexible, hard working and enthusiastic

Have high expectations for the learning, behaviour, and care of all pupils.

Committed to high standards.

Have good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Be fully supportive of the values and ethos of our inclusive school.

The ability to conduct a basic conversation through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.

Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
