About the role:
We are looking for an Apprentice Creative Project Coordinator to support our design and marketing teams across a wide range of campaigns in the horse and greyhound racing industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in the creative and marketing sector, gaining practical experience while studying toward a formal qualification.
As an Apprentice Creative Project Coordinator, you will be involved in everything from managing the day-to-day traffic of creative projects, to helping coordinate campaigns across digital, social, print, and video. You'll also spend 20% of your week focusing on your apprenticeship studies.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate creative projects across print, digital, social, and video
Track deadlines to ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with KPIs
Maintain clear communication across creative, marketing, and other teams
Use Trello and project management tools to prioritise and track tasks
Manage and update the image asset library using Canto
Support with basic artwork tasks (e.g. formatting, edits)
Help ensure brand consistency across all output
Assist with administrative duties including asset sourcing and file organisation
Act as the link between marketing and design teams to ensure smooth workflows
Prepare weekly reports for marketing on design progress and activity
Learn and grow through on-the-job mentoring and regular review sessions

Excellent organisational and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication
A proactive, team-first attitude
Confidence using (or willingness to learn) Trello, Google Drive, Microsoft Office
A genuine interest in marketing, design, or content creation
The ability to balance workload and apprenticeship study time
GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent); further qualifications are helpful but not essential
