Are you an enthusiastic, customer focused person who is looking for a new challenge within the council’s small but dedicated
Facilities Management Team? We are looking for a colleague to lead the facilities services across the council’s main offices in
Havant.



Havant Borough Council is looking for a driven Facilities Manager to join a small but busy Facilities Management Team – we are
looking for someone who has proven experience in Facilities Management and dealing with internal and external customers, has great
customer service skills and a positive attitude to getting the job done.



As this is a service that supports all Council employees, strong people skills and the ability to be self-motivated and to lead a
team is essential in supporting the operational services of the Council. As a Facilities Manager, you can be expected to have a
varied working week which requires you to be able to multi-task and provide support across a whole range of tasks, ensuring that
all Facilities Management issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
