West Yorkshire Police is seeking a Performance Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the Force’s strategic objectives through insightful performance analysis and reporting.

About the Role
As a Performance Analyst, you will work collaboratively within a team to:
• Design, develop, and interpret performance measures aligned with Force strategy.
• Provide high-quality analysis and evaluation to support effective decision-making.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights that drive improvements in productivity and performance across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Educated to degree level in a relevant subject with a quantitative element, or has equivalent experience in a related field.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate complex information clearly.
• Ideally experienced in developing performance products using Power BI (desirable, not essential) and also experience of MS Office Suite.
